Highways
US Highways 161 & 49 serve the Village of Iola. It is located 4.5 hours from Minneapolis/St.Paul and 5 hours from Chicago.

Air Service
The Village is served by the Waupaca Municipal Airport, a general aviation airport located 15 miles south of the village. It has lighted runways and is used for charter service and movement. The nearest scheduled airport is the Outagamie County Airport located 40 miles southeast of Iola, in Appleton. Austin Straubel International Airport is located 65 miles east of the Village, in Green Bay.

Railroad
The Village of Iola is served by the Wisconsin Central Limited Railroad.

Water Transportation Facilities

Iola has a full-service medical center, a dental clinic, a full-time chiropractic office, and an optometry office.  A regional hospital is available in Stevens Point, 23 miles west of Iola.  A full service hospital is located 14 miles south of Iola, in Waupaca.
